This course seeks to provide the student with a solid understanding of the principles of project management as they apply to business today. This course is being developed to include the most relevant and current practices within the discipline of project management. It will focus on providing participants with the opportunity to individually plan and manage projects from their own fields of experience. The emphasis is on the relevance and practical application of project management skills using good practices as defined by the Project Management Institute (PMI), the leading international professional association for Project Management.
