This is the capstone course for ECI students. The primary goal of this course is to integrate previous learning experiences in a manner that will help students further develop their investigative, communication and problem solving skills. Students will accomplish this through research, evaluation and discussion of noteworthy current and historical fraud cases and information security issues. Students will also be introduced to automated case management and data mining tolls used by law enforcement and private industry. Prerequisite: Economic Crime Investigation major, senior status.
