Specifically, an overview and the underlying principles of operating fitness facilities, sales/marketing strategies, member/ staff recruitment/ management practices, program/ specialized program management, equipment purchase/ maintenance, health/ safety considerations, facility development/ management, financial management, legal issues, and insurance considerations will be discussed.
