Teaching/ learning activities with preschool kindergarten and primary children in private and public school classrooms with a variety of multi ethnic populations. Sixteen weeks will be spent in a preschool-kindergarten setting or a primary classroom. The supervised, guided experiences are integrated with studies in methods conferences, and bi-weekly seminars. Fulfills a minimum of 50 clock hours of the 100 clock hours required by the State of Illinois for certification in Early Childhood Education. Concurrent courses: ECED-355, 306.
