Themes of his writings range from a micro analysis of individual values and managerial effectiveness to global economic, societal and political concerns. This course addresses the dimensions of Drucker's thoughts and evaluates the essence of Peter F. Drucker. Because recent events in business, political, and global environments have caused people to view business management and societal leadership as a matter of public concern, Drucker's perspective and diagnoses provide valuable tools for understanding our world.
