Course Description: This course will explore various aspects of marriage and family. The course will begin with the study of leadership, including leaderships roles, vision, power, decision making, and conflict resolution. We will then examine several different theories on developing a strong marriage and family. We will also examine various conflicts in marriage and consider methods of conflict resolution. Throughout the course we will be reflecting back to our study of leadership and discussing the importance of leadership in family and marriage. Pre-requisites: None. Additional Fees: None.
