This class will use the leadership experiences of both the instructor and students as a basis for discussion and learning. The course will include an overview of leadership theory and practice. Topics to be covered include power, decision-making, vision, and conflict management. Special emphasis will be given to actual application of leadership concepts and "real world" examples will be incorporated throughout the course. The format will be both lecture and discussion, with small group activities scheduled throughout. Prerequisites: None. Extra Fees: None. Instructor: Richard V. Swindle. A-F grading.
