What is your leadership style? Recognize the leadership skills that you have and develop those that you need. Read about leadership theories from the past, study and meet with leaders of today, and consider the leadership needs of the twenty-first century. This class will focus on personal development as well as the theories and applications of leadership. In addition to regular class meetings, several field trips will also be required of participants. In past years we have met with the conductor of the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, the artistic director of the Indiana Repertory Theater, the coach of the Indianapolis Ice, and leaders of the Indiana legislature. Prerequisite: None. Fees: $35 (for field trip expenses)
