TRAVEL COURSE - This trip will educate students about Provencal history, art and culture. Provence is a region of Europe that has attracted countless writers and painters who have had a profound impact on Western literature and art. Also, Provencal culture interestingly contrasts with American culture in ways that I think students would find intriguing. Prerequisites: None. Extra fees: $2000, plus personal expenses. Instructor: Richard Erable. A-F grading. Satisfies one intercultural requirement.
