This course will provide basic skills needed for theatrical scene painting. Students will learn how to create paint elevations and then translate an elevation to a full scale stage. Students will understand how to approach a picture, break it into "layers" or steps and then translate that to the stage. Additional production work required. Prerequisite: THE 135 or consent of instructor. Fall, even years. Course Fees: $100
