INS 384 - International/Intercultural Internship

Four weeks of full-time study, active participation in a classroom setting, and travel under the combined supervision of a public/private school teacher and a college professor. Special emphasis is given to multicultural experiences. This internship counts as an intercultural course. This course is in addition to the winter term internships required in the sophomore and junior years. Expenses are separate from regular tuition. Prerequisites: All required teacher education courses through fall of the senior year and those in preparation for student teaching, or consent of the education department. Graded on a satisfactory/unsatisfactory basis. Winter Term.
