This is a 6-hour, one-day Return on Investment in the Workplace course. The primary objective of the course is to understand the importance of continuous improvement in the success of business. Key skills learned in this course will be the knowledge of changes that have taken place due to global economy. A discussion of business principals and philosophy provides a foundation for increasing service and sales. Understanding the need to encourage customer complaints will result in gaining the customer market.
