Good relationships need to be created and cultivated. A successful relationship requires knowing yourself and having the desire to get to know others. Healthy relationships are not the result of changing people so. that we are all alike, but rather appreciating differences. Communication and conflict resolution are key elements of positive relationships. This session on building positive relationships will allow participants to learn the importance of communicating clearly and to interact with others positively. It will provide practical tools for managing expectations. Participants will get information on how to build relationships focused on mutual understanding and appreciation of differences.
