This is a 6-hour, one-day Teamwork in the Workplace course. The primary objective of the course is to gain an awareness of the benefits and challenges associated with teams working together to achieve workplace improvement. Key skills learned in this course will be the importance of the four stages of team development. Developing an understanding of the forming, storming, norming and performing stages of teams in the foundation of discussion. Common goals of the team will drive forward their purpose to unite and differences of opinion will be encouraged so that problem solving will become a team process.
