Judgments and cases involving misrepresentation, agency disclosure, property disclosure issues, independent contractor issues, and ambiguous contract clauses can all lead to difficult, delayed or canceled closings; and lawsuits afterward. This popular course will help train licensees to avoid legal problems in their practice. This is the updated version of our popular course using new cases to bring out the most current decisions.
