The project planning is complete and the ""real work"" has begun. Now change is inevitable. The ability to recognize change when it happens and respond before it impacts project success makes a good project manager great. Only a realistic plan and effective measures enable the project manager to understand where a project is, and more importantly, where a project is going to be. This workshop focuses on the execution and control activities during the project. Participants will leave this workshop with the knowledge and techniques they need to maintain control throughout their projects.
