Oftentimes, nonprofit organizations have to depend on the hard work of volunteers or underpaid staff members, and, more often than not, it seems as though the work never stops. Participants in this Motivation and Teambuilding workshop will learn the importance of keeping their staff and volunteers motivated. The course teaches students how to avoid compassion fatigue and burnout among their team members and offers some simple team-building activities to ensure staff and volunteers feel appreciated.
