In this introductory course, participants will be given an over view of best practices in social media marketing. We will also discuss social media marketing disaster cases. From this comparison of best practices and disaster cases, participants will learn what to do and what not to do if social marketing is a strategy they want to incorporate into their overall marketing communication plan.
