The goal of this course is to assist students in developing the skills necessary to use protocols to maximize enterprise LAN and WAN performance. The course provides more advanced configurations of switching and routing protocols, configuration of access control lists, and basic implementation of WAN links. It also provides detailed troubleshooting guidance for LAN, WAN, and VLAN implementations. This course prepares students with the skills required for entry-level Network Technician, Help Desk Technician and Computer Technician jobs.
