In this course, the student, through lectures, discussion, demonstrations, textbook exercises, and classroom labs, will learn the skills and knowledge necessary to conduct maintenance on personal computers. This course will contain key concepts on computer management of preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware and software. The student will learn techniques of data recovery due to equipment failure, disaster, or end user mismanagement.
