Description:
This four-week rotation takes place on the surgical service in a hospital setting. Students are required to attend conferences, lectures and perform on call. Students are also responsible for assigned readings and case presentations. Prerequisite: successful completion of the first year of the PA Program. Elective Clinical Rotations: Students spend a combination of 12 weeks on clinical sites. They maintain a log of all clinical procedures performed and complete required reading assignments.
