Provides information on lesson planning, management strategies, setting up student routines and protocols, inclusive practice, and effective observation techniques. There is a field component for pre-service school librarians to observe and reflect in both classroom and library settings. Taken the semester before the practicum, it is designed to increase pre-service librarians' expertise of the more pragmatic activities found in teaching.
