This course is intended to help participants create the entrepreneurial mindset. Analyzing and synthesizing change to innovate is critical to the entrepreneurial mindset. Analyzing and identifying requirements to create an environment to sustain development of a qualified idea is investigated. Methodology for integrating quantified, qualified information into a business plan is explored. Entrepreneurial endeavors are framed from two perspectives: stand-alone, outside ventures, and conceived, built within an existing organization.
