Influence (power and politics in action) automatically happens whenever two or more people meet. Power requires no prerequisite trade/experience/cultural knowledge expertise. Politics is the ongoing interactions, negotiations which happen within the three organizational ranks. Leadership is challenged to implement power-politics-negotiations within domestic and multinational corporations.
