Focus is on revenue and expense recognition concepts, financial statement preparation and on understanding and applying accounting theories to the asset section of the balance sheet. Quantitative business application and decision-making tools are used extensively in the course. Prerequisites: ACC 162, ENG 101, BIS 101 and MTH 112. Recommended: MTH 242.
