Topics will include the feasibility, viability, and sustainability of the event process; the strategic planning, business development, marketing, human resource management, finance and budgeting, event creation and event orchestration, communications, and career development aspects of event leaders. The course will also include Third Wave event leadership thinking and trace the development of the field from process, to outcomes, to sustainability.
