Students read texts chosen because they are reflective about organizations. Students undertake a research project and write a long report or paper that integrates this research with their academic work in the major. The research data will be either one aspect of their current work experience or a scholarly exploration of a single topic.

Note: This course serves as the Capstone reading and research course for the Organizational Studies major. Mode: Online, with several class meetings and additional meetings with instructor.
