This practical course will explore the legal issues that an individual may encounter in everyday life and will offer real solutions to those problems. Topics will include the consumer protection laws dealing with collection practices, loans and credit cards, landlord-tenant relationships, the purchase of a home, traffic law issues, bankruptcy, wills, divorce and insurance.
