Strategy is an integrated approach to determining the competitive moves that a management team should employ to meet the needs of their stakeholders and achieve the organization's mission. In this course, students learn how to evaluate the complexities of a business environment and select an appropriate strategy to implement. The primary purpose of the course is to develop a student's capacity to think strategically, to integrate knowledge that is learned in other classes, and to develop his/her managerial judgment. Prerequisites: ACT 104, BUS 200, and MKT 200 (all with a minimum grade of C).
