This introductory course in Microsoft Windows system administration prepares students to install, configure and manage a network operating system. Students perform basic administrative tasks such as file and printer configuration; user authentication and resource access; and service installation and security monitoring. Students practice troubleshooting server and network problems using hands-on projects which develop the skills needed in real-world settings.
