Introduction to the nature of the urban economy and residential location, with a focus on housing problems and their associated social, physical, and racial aspects. Role of federal and community-based housing policies and programs. May be taken at PSU as USP 312 for 2.68 semester credits. Recommended prerequisite: USP 311.
