(Alternate years 2010-2011) An introduction to theology and theological thought. It is a Biblical and systematic study of the nature and relationship of God to the world. Attributes of God, the nature of revelation, and arguments for the existence of God will be considered. Positions of major theologians on the nature of God will be explored. The second half of the course will focus on humankind, its origin, relationship to the world, and moral and spiritual nature. Implications of human nature to social and world issues will be explored.
