Organization, economics, human relations, safety training and labor relations are some of the areas covered. PREREQUISITES: The class is open to the general public, but special consideration will be given to those students who are employed by Northrop Grumman and indentured in the Apprenticeship Program. COURSE OBJECTIVES: Upon satisfactory completion of this course the student will have an overall picture of the functions and responsibilities of supervisory personnel. Organization, economics, human relations, safety training and labor relations are some of the areas covered.
