PREREQUISITES: The class is open to the general public, but special consideration will be given to those students who are employed by Northrop Grumman and indentured in the Apprenticeship Program. COURSE OBJECTIVES: Upon satisfactory completion of this course tile student will have been directed to the practical planning scheduling of production activities and all supporting activities and their interrelations. Included in the preparation of Grant/Bar Charts, PERT/CPM Networks, analysis of networks for earliest and latest complete critical path, slack time, material flow, (purchasingdeliveries inventories), correction of variances cost control and utilizing of computers to assist in analysis and reporting. Also included are principles of management information systems, reporting progress and review of production control documents.
