It also addresses professional growth, customer relations, and protocols related to the jewelry industry. PREREQUISITES: None COURSE OBJECTIVES: Demonstrate a working knowledge of the jewelry industry. Identify advantages and disadvantages of the jewelry trade. Discuss factors affecting human relations. Discuss customer relations. Demonstrate good attitudes and good work habits. Discuss professional trade organizations of the jewelry industry. Identify shop safety hazards. Demonstrate proper safety practices. Identify safety skills. Discuss first aid techniques.
