PSY 7226 - Behavioral Assessment

Institution:
Alliant International University
Subject:
Description:
When behavior is the subject matter of interest, classic psychometrics is not entirely appropriate. Behavior assessment is contrasted with traitoriented assessment. These are shown to be more sensitive to changes in behavior produced by the shorter-term interventions in vogue today. Practical uses of behavioral assessment in applied contexts with children and adults are emphasized. Persons concerned about accountable service delivery are especially encouraged to take this class.
