Includes: evaluation models; ethical issues; the impact of the broader, external environment on the conduct of evaluation studies; the design of evaluation studies; special methodological issues specific to program evaluation; writing the evaluation report; and the dissemination of the evaluation results to those concerned. Special attention to quasi-experimental designs and their analysis.
