(3 units) Explores the structure and dynamics of diversity in organizations and their organizational behavior implications. Considers complex dynamics of ethnic, racial, gender and other diversity in organizations using social science and other perspectives, including cultural and subcultural aspects. Uses multiple levels of analysis to explore theory, research and application regarding the nature, role and treatment of differences and the creation of inclusion in the workplace. Requires active involvement in the learning process. Prerequisite: ORG 6320 or permission from instructor.
