This course will examine the growing number of entrepreneurial ventures that exist worldwide. Discussion will include various methods of managing entrepreneurial organizations in the domestic market with international marketing capabilities, managing a new and/or small venture in a non-domestic market and developing alliances transnationally to facilitate international growth of entrepreneurial organizations. Starting an entrepreneurial organization outside one's home country and the possible methods of structuring these enterprises will be examined. Legal, political, economic and cultural issues will be addressed. Prerequisite: MGT 3010
