Credits: 4 Prerequisite: none This course is designed to help the medical secretary to analyze word roots, prefixes, suffixes, and abbreviations common to the medical profession. By combining the techniques of word roots, prefixes, and suffixes, the medical secretary will be able to spell, pronounce, and locate words in the medical references.
