Credits: 2 Prerequisite: NATR 1280 This course will contain topics that include advanced use of the Trimble Geo Explorer, Differential Correction, more use with Pathfinder office software, and use of data dictionaries. It will include advanced knowledge using ArcView GIS that will include cartographic principles, creating shape files, editing shape files, the use of scale, digitizing, linking digital pictures to coverages, combining coverages using techniques in union, erase and clipping.
