Credits: 4 Prerequisite: none This course is one of a series of Microsoft System Engineering courses that help prepare students for the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) industry certification. This course provides students with the knowledge and skills to successfully plan, implement, and troubleshoot a Microsoft Windows Server Active Directory directory service infrastructure. The course focuses on a Windows Server directory service environment, including forest and domain structure, Domain Name System (DNS), site topology and replication, organizational unit structure and delegation of administration, Group Policy, and user, group, and computer account strategies. Career Preparation: The studies in this course will help students prepare for careers in Networking such as MCSE, Network Administrator, Network Engineer, Systems Analyst, LAN Administrator, WAN Administrator and Systems Engineer.
