Credits: 1-6 Prerequisite: instructor's consent This internship provides students with on-the-job experience in the student's computer career major. A competency-based training plan will be developed for each student and the employer. This is a cooperative program between Central Lakes College and a participating organization to allow the student to work in an on-the-job situation. Career Preparation: The studies in this course will help students prepare for careers in Computer/Information Technology such as Computer Support Specialist, Network Administrator, Network Engineer, Systems Analyst, Systems Engineer, and Business Analyst, Linux Administrator, Help Desk Technician, MCSE, MCSA, LAN Administrator, WAN Administrator depending on the major of study.
