Credits: 4 Prerequisite: none This course covers standard automotive and light truck clutches, drive line, differential/4x4 and manual transmissions/ transaxles. The clutch section includes design, adjustment, overhaul, diagnosis and repair of mechanical and hydraulic systems. The drive line section includes phasing alignment and balance. The manual transmission/transaxle section teaches the operation theory and repair. This course provides a minimum of 100 clock hours of the 100 required NATEF clock hours.
