Credits: 1 Prerequisite: none This course covers the elements of construction technician safety including personnel, shop, pre-inspection and site safety. This course also gives beginning students the basics of hand tools, fasteners, fittings and measuring tool use and identifications. Students will learn general shop practices, welding, and identification and use of power tools while completing shop projects.
