Credits: 2 Prerequisite: none This course is designed to provide all business students with the knowledge needed to search the Internet and World Wide Web for information on a variety of subjects including, but not limited to: postal regulations, parcel tracking, software updates, travel accommodations, and ethics. Students will learn about the various search engines, virtual libraries, using directories and database searches. They will learn how to choose the correct search engines, the most productive words to use in their search on a particular subject, and how to organize and use bookmarks.
