Exploration of special topics in archaeology through a lecture course or seminar. Prerequisites: Archaeology/Classics 27 or Archaeology/Anthropology 30. This course meets the following culture options: African and African-American Culture - FALL 2004 & FALL 2005 ONLY - Ancient Egypt Classical Culture - FALL 2004 & FALL 2005 ONLY - Ancient Egypt / SPRING 2009 ONLY - Hist & Arch Ancient World Italian Culture - SPRING 2009 ONLY - Hist & Arch Ancient World ARCHAEOLOGICAL RESEARCH ARCH0091 Guided library, laboratory, or field research in archaeology. Five to ten hours per week (variable credit), including one hour per week consultation with the adviser. Final written or oral presentation. Prerequisites Permission of instructor.
