Genetic and intrauterine determinants of prenatal growth and birth size; impact of extreme environments, undernutrition, and disease on size and shape; sexual dimorphism; quantitative assessment of body composition; interplay between biological and cultural bodies. Prerequisites Anthropology 20 or permission of instructor.
