0.5 semester hour Activity courses are taught in the first and second halves of the fall and spring semesters, during winter term, and in the summer. Selections may be made from activities such as: aerobic dancing, archery, backpacking,badminton, beginning skiing (surcharge required), beginning swimming (for beginners only), cycling, cross country skiing, golf, gymnastics, intermediate skiing (surcharge required), orienteering, paddle sports, recreational activities, snorkeling, square dance, stunts and tumbling, tennis, triathlon, volleyball and weight training. The course may be repeated for credit provided a different activity is chosen. This course may be taken on a credit-non-credit basis only.
