3 semester hours Senior capstone work draws upon and extends the principles mastered in earlier course work. Students are expected to identify a problem, submit a capstone proposal that specifies an approach to a solution for the problem, and then follow through with implementation and evaluation of the solution. Capstone work may take the form of a research thesis, a design and development project, or some other form approved by the faculty of record.
